We completed an outdoor living area and pool project with Sunset Pools in February 2018. We’re so grateful we found Sunset and we’re absolutely thrilled with how everything turned out. Sunset Pools made our dream backyard a reality! Everyone we dealt with at Sunset Pools was awesome and the client service mentality really showed in every interaction we had. The design team, the office staff, the project management team, and the various subcontractor crews were all the best at what they do. Every construction project has challenges and the true test of a builder is how they deal with those challenges. Sunset was extremely responsive and really exceled at making sure all our concerns were fully addressed from the beginning of the project all the way through the startup of our pool. During the design they listened to our desires, no matter how bizarre (pool chiller, bar stools built-in to the spa, heaters in the covered patio, etc.), and incorporated every single one of them into an amazing design. During the construction process we received daily updates on all the upcoming construction activities and our project manager did a phenomenal job of making sure the finished product matched the design perfectly. We highly recommend Sunset Pools!

Great pool! Owner is knowledgeable and has great designs. Gave 4 out of 5 because no project is perfect, but they have followed through on the few workmanship warranty issues created by their sub-contractors. I believe they have better subs now. We are very pleased overall and will be happy that we purchased a Sunset pool. UPDATE AFTER ONE YEAR: The after the sale service has been FANTASTIC! Warranty issues have been superb!

We had an amazing experience with Sunset Pools. Everything as far as dealing with the staff and contractors went smoothly. All our questions and concerns were answered immediately, and everyone made us and our kids feel at home anytime we came by. Taylor designed the perfect pool for my backyard and knew exactly what we wanted! George our project manager was always in contact and checking on everything! Tori was always in contact with us throughout all of the construction making sure we felt comfortable, all our questions were answered and even during bad weather would immediately get our schedule back on track fast!! Professional, friendly, and great customer service. The team at Sunset Pools does everything in their power to make the pool building experience a positive one. Our lot is not very big and there were two trees we wanted to preserve. This was no problem for them. Great design and saved our trees. Follow up after pool start up has been amazing. To top it off they did a wonderful job on the landscape. Would recommend Sunset Pools to anyone wanting a quality pool built by a company who takes customer service seriously.

This is our second pool with Sunset Pools and we have zero regrets. From the beginning of the process with Kevin, who nailed our dream design right away, we were happy. The project managers made sure everything went smoothly throughout the entire process and the communication of everything was fantastic. Even Sonia Traugott, one of the owners, was very involved and helpful throughout. Whether it be to just update us on the daily schedule or changes, to answer questions or fix any issues, they follow through and make sure everyone is happy and satisfied. Building a pool is not an easy process, but with the help and great customer service of all of Sunset staff, it went very smoothly.
