Sunset Pools, Inc. “Closing Cost Covered” Promotion Terms and Conditions
Closing costs are covered by Sunset Pools Inc.
Eligibility: This promotional offer is open to all customers who wish to contract Sunset Pools, Inc. for the construction of a new pool. To qualify for the promotion, customers must:
Sign a pool construction contract with Sunset Pools, Inc. on or before June 1.
Inform their assigned pool designer of their intention to participate in this offer prior to finalizing the contract.
Financing Requirements:
To be eligible for this offer, the customer’s pool loan must be financed through Lyons Financial. Customers must complete all necessary loan applications and approval processes with Lyons Financial.
Customers must comply with all terms and conditions set by Lyons Financial for loan approval.
Promotion Benefits:
Sunset Pools, Inc. will cover the closing costs associated with the pool construction loan. These costs will be paid by check to the homeowner at the time of the “pebble draw” completion of pool construction.
Promotional Period:
This offer is valid for contracts signed with Sunset Pools, Inc. up to and including June 1. Any contracts signed after this date will not be eligible for the promotional offer.
General Conditions:
This offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts offered by Sunset Pools, Inc.

All participants agree to release and hold harmless Sunset Pools, Inc., Lyons Financial, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or damages arising out of participation in this promotion and/or acceptance, use, or misuse of the promotion.
Governing Law:
This promotion and any disputes relating thereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Sunset Pools, Inc. operates, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
