Our Story

Since opening Sunset Pools in 2001, husband and wife team Adam & Sonia Traugott have been designing and building stunning outdoor living spaces. Their forward thinking and diligent approach to construction allowed them to truly set themselves apart from others in the Houston and surrounding area. The Traugotts are not limited to one specific style of design or client. The Sunset Pools portfolio showcases designs anywhere from innovative modern spaces in urban Houston to natural, rustic spaces in rural Texas.

During the construction process we received daily updates on all the upcoming construction activities and our project manager did a phenomenal job of making sure the finished product matched the design perfectly. Great pool! Owner is knowledgeable and has great designs. Gave 4 out of 5 because no project is perfect, but they have followed through on the few workmanship warranty issues created by their sub-contractors. I believe they have better subs now. We are very pleased overall and will be happy that we purchased a Sunset pool. UPDATE AFTER ONE YEAR: The after the sale service has been FANTASTIC! Warranty issues have been superb!
